1.52 Acre/ 66,287 SF development site sold for $37,635,000. Kushner companies have plans for a two-tower 36-story building, with approximately 756 residential units. This development marks the second phase of Kushner’s Edgewater Collective project that will have an approximate total of 1,149 units together with 2000 Biscayne Blvd that was traded last year and sold by our company as well.
